We Started With Nothing
When we started in real estate, we had nothing. We were $80,000 in debt (bad debt, credit card debt). We were struggling to make ends meet, and we had two young children that we needed to provide for.
When we found real estate, it changed everything for us. We now were able to open doors that were previously locked. We now were able to achieve home ownership. We now were able to buy rental property, and it’s all because we chose to invest in our real estate career and start flipping houses right here in Hawaii where we’re born and raised.
We are just a local couple that was struggling to survive here in Hawaii. We were looking for a key to a door that we did not have, and if you’re here, I think you’re probably looking for that key as well.
